The Al Zorah Golf Course is a development by Solidere Inter- national and Al Zorah Company Limited, in partnership with the Government of Ajman. Vision- naire was engaged by Solidere International to undertake a fea- sibility study and masterplanning assessment for the residential component of the golf course de- velopment.
Visionnaire collaborated with Solidere International on the assessment of the development premise, target density and par- cellation strategy. To that end, Vi- sionnaire’s Masterplanning and Urban De sign Team prepared schemes which tested and visu- alised different housing, layout and development typologies. The corresponding area analyses were used to underpin the financial as- sessment and business plan.
Niklaus Design was commissioned to design the Golf Course, and the development is currently under construction.
