Visionnaire was appointed by a leading developer in the UAE to define a development concept and complete a first stage feasibility assessment for an ambitious and innovative waterfront attraction.
Our development team distilled the core brand attributes of the broader project, and synthesized them into a development and po- sitioning strategy centred on the concept of a floating ‘Eco Pavilion’ – the first of its kind in the GCC.
Visionnaire’s design team translat- ed the development premise and vision into a cutting edge architec- tural concept. The island attraction is reached by electric boats which depart from the quayside. The four primary floating attractions are the Mangrove Garden, Urban Beach, Ecology Education Pavilion and Signature Restaurant. The attractions are connected by a sweeping promenade suspended above the surface of the water.
