The Al Zorah project is an ambi- tious real estate and land develop- ment – a new city located between a beach and a mangrove - 45km east of Dubai launched in 2008 by Solidere International in part- nership with the Government of Ajman.
The masterplan for the 12km2 site was forecast to yield 22M square meters of GFA. The primary com- ponent of the development was a 3km long mixed-use High-rise Spine with a target GFA set by the client at 2.6million m2.
Visionnaire defined the urban development strategy for the High-rise Spine, and completed a detailed urban design study for the 120 parcels within it. Our team prepared the Regulatory Plan, Development Briefs, Urban Development and Architectural Guidelines for saleable parcels within the District ahead of the project’s launch at Cityscape Dubai in 2009.
