Employment plays a crucial role in
driving economic prosperity and
the overall well being of a society.
Immigrants often encounter a
myriad of challenges when seeking
employment in Canada on the quest for
self-reliance and a life of dignity.
Our approach is to deploy a mix of strategies to
offer resources and open opportunities to overcome
those barriers in the immediate and long term.
By leveraging available skills and competencies of
newcomers while equipping them with new and
alternative capabilities, newcomers are able to find
their footing in the Canadian economy, optimize their
potentials and integrate into a productive life.
