 2025 Stakeholder Engagement
Between May 1 and May 12, 2025, assurance data was collected from students, parents, support staff, and teachers to assess how Prairie Land is progressing toward its four focal points.
Overall, the results reflect strong confidence in teaching and learning, with most students and parents indicating that learners are acquiring the skills needed for future success. Students generally feel proud of their education and supported by their teachers, while parents appreciate the outcomes-based approach and the dedication of staff.
While the overall feedback reflects many strengths, the data also suggests there are opportunities for continued growth.
Some student responses point to varying experiences in the classroom, with reflections on how their voices are heard and how supported they feel in day- to-day interactions.
Parents shared thoughtful perspectives on communication and expressed interest in seeing more diverse and engaging learning experiences for their children. Support staff highlighted the importance of their contributions and indicated a desire for deeper involvement in school planning and instructional support.
Teachers acknowledged the direction provided by the Education Plan and noted that further consistency in implementation and enhanced tools for assessment and intervention would strengthen its impact.
Across all stakeholder groups, the data reveals a shared desire for more inclusive practices, better communication, expanded program options, and enhanced mental health supports. While the overall tone is positive, the feedback offers clear direction for ensuring Prairie Land’s goals are met with equity and consistency across all schools.
