Final Evaluation of
Effective Personal Productivity (EPP) Program January 2020 Batch
On 23rd June 2020, SKC completed another batch of EPP with 15 top leaders of various organizations. These included Founders, Directors, and CXO level employees with the aim to be more productive, by mastering the art of managing Goals, Time, and People. Over the course of 6-months, they gained insights and tools on how to do the right things at the right time for the right length of time, how to manage time more effectively and efficiently, learnt skills like effective communication and effective delegation and most importantly, they all were able to understand their life’s mission and vision.
During the course of the program:
They identified their vision and created goals to reach there. Identified impediments to attaining these goals.
Drafted an approach to overcome these impediments. Learnt mechanisms to implement the approach.
