IDEAL CANDIDATE
The The City is is is is is is looking for for a a a a a a a a a a visionary leader with a a a a a a a a a a passion for for and and proven background in in in the field of of housing and and and community development to take on on on on on on this this role The The The staff of of this this division is is is is is is highly trained and and and exceptionally competent in in in in in their technical technical fields The The next Manager will build on on on on on this technical technical foundation to to to bring fresh innovative ideas and and dynamic approaches to to to achieve the division’s goals This person will need to to to to go go beyond existing well-established programs for fresh ideas and new ways ways to to distribute funds in in in strategically meaningful ways ways Additionally the the the next Manager must have exemplary leadership skills for both management of of of the the the the the the internal staff of of of the the the the the the Division and and and external coordination with political and and and regulatory stakeholders at at at at the the the the the the local state and and and and federal level A key component of of of of the the the the the the role is is to to build the the the the the the talent cohesion and and capability of the the staff Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess no less than five years of experience relating to land acquisitions housing rehabilitation loan processing and and and and contract administration including
at at at at at at at least least one year of supervisory experience Competitive candidates will possess at at at at at at at least least a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a bachelor’s degree in in in in urban planning public or or or or or business administration real estate economics or or or or a a a a a a a a a a related area from an an an accredited college or or or or university
