 Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for the Solid Waste Director is $114,090 - $138,681. Starting salary will be dependent
upon experience.
The City offers a competitive benefit package including CalPERS retirement with a formula of 2.7%@55 or 2%@62, depending on current status in CalPERS or reciprocal public pension program.
