Education and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An equivalent combination of education training and and experience that demonstrates required knowledge skills and abilities may be considered Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in in in in in Criminal Justice Public Administration Administration Business Administration Administration or or directly related field
Experience:
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a a a a large 911 Communications Center • 3 years supervisory or or management experience within a a a a a 911 Communications Center Preferred:
• Master’s Degree in in in in Business Administration Administration or Public Administration Administration Licenses and Certifications:
• NCIC/CCIC certification
• CPR/First Aid certification
• NIMS certification
• CJIS certification
• Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) certification
• Emergency Fire Dispatcher (EFD) certification
• Emergency Police Dispatcher (EPD) certification
