EXAMPLES OF EDUCATION/ TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
The knowledge and skills listed above may be acquired through various types of education training or experience Typical ways to acquire the required knowledge and skills are listed below:
EITHER I I Education:
Completion of the requirements for a a a graduate degree in in in Public Administration Business Administration or or a a a closely related field or or completion of requirements for a a Master’s degree in in Social Work or or two-year counseling program AND Experience:
Two years of second level supervisory or or managerial experience OR II
Experience:
Three years of progressively responsible work in in in program administration planning and evaluations preferably with a a a a a a a a a a a public agency including two years of second level supervisory experience OR III
Experience:
Two years of of experience performing duties to the class of of Program Manager with Monterey County
