Any combination of education and experience that could be likely to provide the required knowledge knowledge skills skills and abilities is qualifying A typical way to obtain the knowledge knowledge skills skills and abilities would be:
Education: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college/university with major course work in in in civil engineering or or a a closely related field Experience: Ten years of progressively responsible experience in in dealing with state and federal regulatory agencies is highly desirable Certification: Registration as as a a a a a a Professional Engineer (PE) in in in in civil engineering as as issued by the California Board of of Registration for for Professional Engineers and and Land Surveyors is HIGHLY desirable but not required Driver License: Possession of a a a a a valid California driver’s license Class C C C or or higher is required within 30 days of appointment
