GOVERNANCE
The Board of of Directors for the the Valley of of the the Moon Water District consists of five (5) members elected at large to four-year staggered terms The Board of Directors sets the the overall goals for the the District and the policies to accomplish those goals The Board appoints a a a a a General Manager
who is charged with carrying out the policy direction of the Board Board The Board Board also appoints a a a a a Counsel Auditor and Board Secretary All persons appointed to these positions serve at the the pleasure of the the Board The District is is supported by 15 FTEs and a a FY2020/21 budget of $7 188 147 To learn more go to: https://www vomwd org
