acts as as the the the the Chief Executive Officer for the City of Clayton’s government She or or he he he provides strategic guidance and leadership for all City functions functions and services Job functions functions include:
» Plan manage and and and assign initiatives tasks and and and activities of City departments providing supervision and executive guidance to department heads as needed » Oversee the the development of of strategic goals and and policies for the the expansion and and improvement of of City services » » Coordinate the evaluation of City programs and provide feedback » » Direct the the the preparation and and execution of the the the City City budget budget and and make budgetary recommendations to the City Council » » Prepare annual reports on the progress and and development of City programs and and projects » » » Coordinate City functions and and communications with other local and and state government agencies » » Communicate with the the general public and other governmental organizations
