Any combination of education and and experience that would provide the knowledge and and skills necessary for this type of of executive-level position Typically possession of of a a a a a a a a Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or or or university with a a a a major in in in sociology behavioral science psychology counseling criminology law public or or or business administration or or or a a a a a a a closely related field and five years of experience working in in in in the field field of of probation or related field field of of which at at at least two years were in a a a a a a a a a a management capacity is required The possession of a a a a a a a a a a certificate in search and arrest procedures as required by California State Penal Code Section 832 is required Note: The candidate selected for this position must not have felony convictions nor can can they be on on on on on on probation ■ Compensation and Benefits
