This position is is ideal for an an an an experienced project manager or or financial analyst who has a a a a a a a a a a a strong technical background and and an an an interest in in in in in in furthering their expertise in in in in in in the the the coordination and and administration of large-scale capital project delivery The ideal candidate will possess:

» Experience performing complex calculations to complete financial and economic analyses of funding activities » Demonstrated experience developing monitoring and maintaining numerous project budgets preferably for a a a a a comprehensive regional capital improvement program Education and Experience The minimum education training and experience qualifications include a a a a a bachelor’s degree with major course work in in in in planning engineering project management financial management public administration or a a a a a a a a related field and five years of of increasingly responsible professional experience supporting the delivery of capital projects including some lead or or supervisory experience A Master’s degree or PMP certificate is desirable
