with the the the City and and and and develops and and and and implements business business recruitment retention and and and and and expansion programs
Additionally the the the Economic Development Manager serves as a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a primary liaison between the the City and and and and downtown businesses businesses and and and and representatives leads research and and attraction of targeted businesses The Economic Development Manager is entrusted to to and and responsible for implementation of of the the the City’s economic development projects and and programs
under the the the direction of of of the the the Director of of Community Development Development The position position is is is supported by administrative staff but does not have junior level positions for which the Economic Development Development Manager has supervisory responsibility This position position is is is required to to work independently and to to use excellent judgment regarding economic development functions
