Generous holiday allowance
Recruitment can be a challenging role so the provision of annual leave is an important consideration. Everyone at sales consultant level or above gets 25 holiday as standard after 12 months service with an additional day being added for each year’s service (up to a maximum of 30 days).
We also give all team members two extra days holiday over the Christmas break which are gifted by the business and are not part of your annual holiday allowance.
We offer a reward for exemplary attendance record throughout the year with 3 extra days off being offered to anyone who does not come in late and does not have a day off sick in that year. These extra days are added to your annual allowance in the subsequent year.
