CASE STUDY
Tetra Pak is the world’s leading food processing and packaging solutions company working closely with their customers and suppliers to provide safe food packaging. Tetra Pak offers much more than just packaging equipment, they provide a range of processing and packaging technologies as well as supplying complete systems for processing, packaging and distribution, designed to optimise the use of resources.
The Challenge
Tetra Pak had many vacancies that had been unfulfilled for quite some time in two different sections of the business. The first was an SAP requirement and the others were all sales & marketing roles for their engineering departments. Tetra Pak had been working with various different agencies for some time, but had yet to find a partner that could source the niche skills they were looking for.being selected for the 1st interview stage. All three got through to the final interview stage and two were hired. This process was 3.5 months in total.
Our client was so impressed with our performance that they added us to their Preferred Supplier List.
The Challenge
We delivered a complete market map and full head-hunting service to Tetra Pak. Due to the limited number of suitable candidates in most positions, our consultants met with the entirety of the local market, provided candidates from neighbouring countries and had several meetings with hiring managers to help manage their expectations on who was available in the market.

There were some very challenging roles which Amoria Bond were able to supply suitable candidates for which resulted in us becoming their preferred supplier for Singapore. We were
