CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
For an additional amount for ‘‘Capital Improvement and Maintenance’’, $650,000,000, for priority road, bridge and trail maintenance and decommissioning, including related watershed res- toration and ecosystem enhancement projects; facilities improve- ment, maintenance and renovation; remediation of abandoned mine sites; and support costs necessary to carry out this work.
WILDLAND FIRE MANAGEMENT
For an additional amount for ‘‘Wildland Fire Management’’, $500,000,000, of which $250,000,000 is for hazardous fuels reduc- tion, forest health protection, rehabilitation and hazard mitigation activities on Federal lands and of which $250,000,000 is for State and private forestry activities including hazardous fuels reduction, forest health and ecosystem improvement activities on State and private lands using all authorities available to the Forest Service: Provided, That up to $50,000,000 of the total funding may be used to make wood-to-energy grants to promote increased utilization of biomass from Federal, State and private lands: Provided further, That funds provided for activities on State and private lands shall not be subject to matching or cost share requirements.

For an additional amount for ‘‘Indian Health Services’’, for health information technology activities, $85,000,000: Provided, That such funds may be used for both telehealth services develop- ment and related infrastructure requirements that are typically funded through the ‘‘Indian Health Facilities’’ account: Provided further, That notwithstanding any other provision of law, health information technology funds provided within this title shall be allocated at the discretion of the Director of the Indian Health Service.
INDIAN HEALTH FACILITIES
For an additional amount for ‘‘Indian Health Facilities’’, for facilities construction projects, deferred maintenance and improve- ment projects, the backlog of sanitation projects and the purchase of equipment, $415,000,000, of which $227,000,000 is provided within the health facilities construction activity for the completion of up to two facilities from the current priority list for which work has already been initiated: Provided, That for the purposes
