There is always a learning service the Tech Academy (TA) can offer to everyone throughout their career at Emirates and we are proud to be A One stop shop for “Share Learn and Do”!
From new joiners attending ‘Induction and On boarding’ to seamlessly settle into their new role to an existing employee looking for career progression and self-development – we can create Career pathways, offer self-paced and holistic trainings (virtual/classroom), publish Event calendars to register on trending courses and provide support through effective Mentoring and Coaching.
Are you a Project Manager? - you can also refer to skills of individuals for effective project planning from our Skills Repository.
We also provide internal experts to facilitate hosting of Hackathons and codefests, Tech Talks and Tech Events.
The Tech Academy strongly believes in recognition and motivation, hence for completed courses you are entitled to a Tech Academy certificate!
