TEAMLEADERSHIP | BUFFALOWILDWINGS When I joined Buffalo Wild Wings as Director of Store Design in 2010 I inherited an existing team of two project leads and an existing Audio Visual specialist. During 2013 the Buffalo Wild Wings expansion program picked up momentum and that year I added an Architectural Design Manager position. In ad- dition to directly managing an internal Store Design Team I was also responsible for managing the external Architectural/ Engineering consults from four separate firms that executed all of our production work.
   TEAM LEADERSHIP | LIFE TIME
As illustrated in the beginning of the portfolio, I began at Life Time managing a small core Prototype team and quickly built a robust team based on the support needs of the Development group. Prior to leaving Life Time, due to a mass layoff from the impact of the COVID virus, I had built a fully functional sup- port team and charted the course for the extensive develop- ment of design standards documentation. The core team had been essentially built out and a few additional positions were anticipated for future growth when I left the organization.
