Remote PTT Overview
Our range of remote push-to-talk switches extend your ability to communicate with minimal movement.
Our remote PTT’s are used in combination with our other main push-to-talks through their auxiliary input ports. Each of our remote switches have an optimal cable length to ensure they can be routed through gear and down your arm without putting strain on the cable.
TEA HALO PTT
The GEN 2 HALO PTT from TEA provides a contoured fit around your hand and has reinforced strain reliefs at every connection point for increased durability. The HALO PTT holds up to the strain of free fall and still
allows for the use of parachute controls/toggles.
RP-7P RING PTT
TEA’s Remote Ring PTT (Part No. RP-7P) is a water- proof and rugged switch that wraps around the user’s finger even over bulky gloves. We recommend this PTT as an alternative to our HALO PTT for MFF applications as well as maritime or driving applications.
REMOTE PALM PTT
TEA’s Remote T-Switch PTT (Part No. SWS/2P) is a waterproof and rugged switch that fits around the user’s hand and in their palm. The T-Switch has an elastic strap that accommodates wear over gloves and has a large tactile PTT button. We recommend this PTT as an alternative to the HALO PTT for MFF or gunner applications.
INVISIO® M30 FINGER PTT
The INVISIO® M30 (Part No. PTT401) remote push- to-talk is perfect for low profile or sniper applications. The M30 has a beveled backing that contours around the user’s finger. We recommend wearing this remote PTT on the index finger or on the ring finger facing down for easy activation with the thumb. The M30 has an adjustable Velcro strap and thin Kevlar reinforced
cable for easy routing through gear or clothing..
