Kim established Morreale Communications in 2006, blending her unique background in journalism and government
to develop communications techniques that influence public policy, build consensus and educate the public. She has earned the reputation of being
a thoughtful, innovative and resourceful advisor to a diverse group of clients in the public
and private sectors. As a former news reporter, Kim has extensive experience in media relations and has secure news coverage for clients with every major media outlet in Illinois.
As the former Director of External A airs at the Illinois Department of Transportation, Kim gained valuable insight into the legislative process, public involvement, grassroots organizing, coalition building and event management. With a forward-thinking
approach, Kim has led her firm to be recognized for national and international awards in setting the standard for excellence in communications.
