THROUGH THE EYES OF AN AFRICAN CHEF
Baobab and banana smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup ice cubes
2 tsp flaxseeds
1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
1 medium banana
1 tbsp baobab powder 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the ice cubes and flaxseeds in a blender and purée for 30 seconds until crushed.
Add the yoghurt, banana, baobab, honey and blend until smooth.
TO SERVE
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
