Booking Terms & Conditions
Festive Party Nights
£25 deposit per person required to confirm bookings. Provisional booking will be held for 7 days and will be
released failing payment within this time. All monies are non-transferable & non-refundable. Full payment,
final numbers and menus choices are required 3 weeks prior.
Christmas Day
£25 per person deposit at time of booking. Full payment is required by Monday 15th December. All monies
are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Festive Carveries
Full payment is required at the time of booking. 65% refundable if cancelled prior to 5pm on the Sunday
before the reservation. 35% refundable if cancelled after 5pm on the Sunday prior to the reservation
but prior to 72 hours before the reservation date and time. Non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours
of the reservation.
New Year’s Eve Gala Ball
£30 deposit per person at the time of booking. Full payment is required by Monday 29th monies are non-transferable and non-refundable.
December. All
Accommodation
Credit card details are required to secure all accomodation bookings. Christmas party night bedrooms offer a
3 days cancellation policy. All monies are non-transferable and non-refundable.
General
Corporate discount or discount cards do not apply to any Christmas functions in either the restaurant or
function suites. Headline acts and entertainment are correct at time of printing. Doubletree Templepatrick
cannot be held responsible for events outside of their control, resulting in any change to the named
entertainment. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In this eventuality a full refund will
be given. All menus are subject to change. Bookings made within two weeks of the event date require full
payment to confirm your place. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable at the current rate and are
subject to availability.
