TERMS & CONDITIONS
Christmas Dining - Linenhall Suite and Jospers Restaurant
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £30pp is required to secure the booking, this is due within 7 days of booking date.
In Jospers Restaurant there is a turnaround time of 2 hours for each booking, with the exception of the 7.30pm and 8.30pm seatings.
We cannot reserve or guarantee seating in the Loft Lounge or Doffer Bar after your dining has concluded.
Any booking not confirmed with deposit within 7 days will automatically be released.
Food and Beverage Pre Order forms are available online at www.tensquare.co.uk or contact our Christmas Team directly on 02890 241001. Pre Orders and Final Balances are due 3 weeks prior to your booking date. Any changes made to the pre order or booking under 3 weeks prior will be subject to availability.
In the absence of a pre-order, soup and turkey will be provided.
Once full payment is made, no refunds, exchanges or transfers will be made. Deposits will not be applied to beverage purchases in lieu of cancellations.
Christmas Day Luncheon
A non-refundable deposit of £50pp is required at the time of booking. Final payment due December 16th December.
For those with allergies or special dietary requirements, please make staff aware of this on booking.
Accommodation
A credit card number is required on booking; this is used as a guarantee.
Full Payment is required on arrival to the hotel, any extras added on throughout your stay will be charged on departure.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware Ten Square Hotel operates a strict 48hr cancellation policy, any rooms cancelled after this will be charged the full amount.
Methods of Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, BACS or Cheques. Cheques
not accepted within 7 working days of the booking. Ten Square Hotel operates a strict dress code, no trainers or sports clothing at any time, please see website for further clarification. Management reserved the right to refuse admission with no refunds given. No children are permitted in the bar after 7pm nor in the restaurant after 8.30pm.
Complimentary voucher for a bedroom stay for the organiser available only if: (a) in conjunction with a Linehall Suite Christmas dining booking, (b) to be used on the day of the party OR any Sunday thru Friday night prior to 31st March, (c) room bookings subject to availability, (d)in conjunction with a fully paid party of 12 or more persons, ‘(e) for party bookings made by 30th September 2024.
