The ROX Camden, is a mixed-use development that allows Ktesius to build on our ROX concept; designed to create vibrant living HUBs strategically located in prime creatively driven urban lifestyle-led locations.
The scheme will team up with our ROX Brighton development, which delivers a 70 apartment mixed use scheme coming in 2019.
The proposed ROX Camden development will comprise 52 apartments and c.21,000 sq ft of commercial space.
We are planning a modest redesign of the ground floor and roof spaces to create a multi-amenity mixed-use concept, drawing on our ROX concept and adapting it to the Camden area.
ROX Camden will boast a large expanse of terraces flowing into the towpath connecting the central lobby, main entrance and internal courtyard.
