76 Cannon Street is a prominent office and retail building opposite the new Bloomberg European headquarters and adjacent to Cannon Street Station. Ktesius, having appointed a high calibre consulting team, obtained planning consent to enhance the offices, improving the NIA and add a roof terrace, a rarity in the city of London. Ktesius carried out a high quality refurbishment, which completed in February 2018.
The 70 private apartments will be complemented by a gym, TV room, c.3,000 sq ft commercial space, cycle spaces and residents courtyard garden.
This development will set a new tone for Brighton through beautiful design, urban mixed-use living and quality amenities.
