Clive is a 30+ year veteran of the London property market. He was, until 2011, the Senior Partner of the national property advisory firm, Montagu Evans www.montagu-evans.co.uk, where he worked for almost 30 years. Clive built the firm into a leading practice in advisory work for property developers and banks.
Malcolm is one of London’s top Planning and Development Consultants and an advisor to various large development groups on London planning matters.
He is the founder and senior Partner of Planning, Development & Regeneration ‘dp9’,

which has its head office at 100 PallMall, St James’s and remains a privately held partnership.
