ROLE-PLAY ACTIVITIES:
(i) Develop your own vehicle delivery checklist.
Crosscheck it with your Management and colleagues to ensure it is comprehensive and covers all requirements.
Have the checklist typed, copies made and kept in your briefcase and personal work desk.
Review it for effectiveness regularly.
(ii) Practise the ‘vehicle features’ phase of a customer delivery process with as many models as possible on the showroom floor.
(This sharpens up your showroom vehicle presentation skills for the sales process as well.)
