Sydney Adventist Hospital remains NSW’s largest private hospital with over 700 beds, including 523 overnight beds.
Our team of remarkable clinicians and staff deliver a comprehensive range of acute surgical, medical and obstetric care including complex cardiac procedures, robotics and minimally invasive surgery, with an integrated cancer centre and rehabilitation services onsite. This is complemented by an extensive range of diagnostic, allied health, outpatient and support services including rehabilitation and cancer support. Committed to being at the forefront of clinical advances,
the hospital has state-of-the-art facilities and technology, and
a strong focus on research and clinical trials.
Through partnerships with the University of Sydney Faculty of Medicine and Avondale University College Faculty of Nursing, the hospital is an education hub with a purpose built clinical school onsite training medical, nursing and allied health students.
While SAH activity was significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic during 2019/20, the hospital continues to provide leading healthcare services to its community within a safe environment for patients, visitors staff and doctors, and providing innovative service delivery where face-to-face options may not be possible.
