Ron
Born in the Philippines on May 12, 1969, Ron was raised by her single mother in San Andres Manila. Ron’s singing and danc- ing abilities had gained him great notoriety during his elemen- tary and high school years. In order to help his mother from their day to day needs, he competed at different festivals to win the prize money at singing contests. Through his mother’s per- severance, he migrated to Chicago, IL to ful ll his lifelong dream on becoming one of top Filipino performing artist in the Mid- west and graduated college at a prestigious technical school.
He was inducted in the Filipino Hall of Fame in 2001 and received The Most Outstanding Male Performer by F.A.M.E. (Filipino American Music & Entertainment) in 2003. In 2004, Ron brought great prestige to the Filipino American community in Las Vegas when he led the group “In10ct” to become Champions of the Battle Of The Bands against 36 talented ensembles within the Las Vegas music scene.
Ron accumulated more than 2000 performances in his life- time as a Performer, Producer, and Show writer with Vari- ous groups including the most sought after boy band called “Picture Perfect” during his career as an entertainer.
Ron Cabildo is the founder and CEO of De nitive Talents Inc. aka “Deftal” ( http://www.de nitivetalents.com/ ), an International Talent Booking Agency he started since 2005 based in Las Vegas, Nevada. A staple provider of Bands, DJ’s, and Showroom shows at MGM Resorts Int’l (Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mirage, Circus Circus, etc), Caesar’s Entertainment (Harrah’s, Planet Hollywood, Rio, Flamingo, etc.), Boyd Gaming Ca- sino Chains, and Stations Properties, Deftal has become a major player within the Casino Entertainment Agencies. Servicing a vast market from Hawaii to Florida and anything in-between. Deftal has become a force to reckon with when it comes to entertainment.
Added recently to his company’s client roster are Carnival Cruise Ship, Princess Cruise line, and Seabourne for cruise ship entertainment making Deftal a major contributor for Filipino Overseas worker industry by recruiting talents directly from the Philippines and North America. In sports, Deftal books halftime artists and tailgate artists for WNBA, Las Vegas 51 (now Aviators), and Raiders. Deftal will also relaunch “PINOY RUN” a cultural Fun Run that happens annually in Nevada.
Ron’s company is also a major contributor for non-for-pro t entities such as“RacefortheCure”,“M.E.N.U.S.”,“SAKEFEVER”,and“ScaleTheStrat”. A talent provider for Festivals, Sports, Clubs, Corporate & Private Events.
Currently, he is busy in launching a DJ School and Record- ing studio in Las Vegas where artists can learn and conglom- erate to know the “in’s and out’s” of the music industry .
