Cut, score and fold white cardstock to create a 19.5cm x 14.5cm card.
Cuta19cmx14cmrectanglefrom green cardstock and mat onto the card.
3. Cutan18.5cmx13.5cmrectangle
from complimentary backing paper and mat onto the card.
4. Cuta17.5cmx12.5cmrectangle from white cardstock and mat onto the card with foam tape.
5. UsingtheEverydayDecorative Wreath die set, cut Wreath 2 and an assortment of decoupage pieces from the free Charisma download. Snip into the wreath
as shown. Using the Sentiment 3D Decoupage Thinking of You, cut Base from the free Charisma download and Decoupage from silver mirror cardstock. Using the Large Bees and Butterflies die set, cut Butterfly 6 from silver mirror cardstock.
6. Matandlayerthediecutsonto the card. Tie a multi loop bow from pink ribbon and mat onto the top right corner. Finish with the sparkler.
