Several diversity programs have emerged across the country over the past four decades to help support training for media professionals and content makers of color.
Many of these programs have made a significant impact
on the landscape and have resulted in the professional advancement of key people within industry networks
and corporate ranks. There are significantly more Black corporate executives and producers today than there were even 20 years ago.
