Expectations
For Instructor
Arrive to scheduled classes early and prepared to give the days lesson.
If you are not able to attend your class, it is YOUR responsibility to secure a
substitute and keep your students informed well in advance. We have a list
of substitutes on file. Please notify Ana Eubanks at
faculty@questforeducationandarts.com about your arrangements or need.
Assignments are to be posted WITHIN 24 hours after class.
All assignments/tests are to be graded within one week and placed into the outbox
for filing.
All faculty are to act professionally and adhere to Quest rules.
Parents are welcome to observe classes. Do not allow parents to sit in the
back of your class and talk.
No texting in class unless it is necessary.
Do not take calls during class unless it’s an emergency.
Wear appropriate clothing.
If you are a Fine Arts instructor, you will be required to present with your
students at the Fine Arts Festival. You may be required to choreograph,
costume, set up and display projects, etc.
After you have finished teaching, YOU MUST clean your classroom and set it up as
you found it.
Students may not be left unattended or with only an Instructor’s Assistant in the
room. Send your IA or another student to the office to get an adult Quest staff
member to come to your room before leaving.
For Student
Students are expected to attend all class sessions and complete all required
assignments.
Students must sign and adhere to the Quest Rules.
We DO NOT tolerate any kind of cheating or plagiarism.

Honoring and Respectful behavior is required. Students are not to disrespect you or
their peers in any way.
No cell phones are to be used in class unless directed by the instructor.
Talking and other disruptive behavior is prohibited.
We do not have a dress code. It is up to parents how their children will
dress. However, clothing is to be appropriate and non-distracting. If they
are in violation, they must change.
Students are to be quiet and respectful of their surroundings. If you
encounter students who are being disruptive near classrooms and study
areas, you may tell them to leave the area.
Students are to clean up after themselves ALWAYS. If you see a student
leaving a mess, kindly instruct them to clean it up.
