We are a stand alone returns-driven property brand competing with the property market’s leading innovators and placemakers. We are differentiated through our product design, our placemaking approach and our service excellence. Prepared to lead and challenge with quality as the golden thread that runs through every part of our brand, our portfolio and its delivery. The homes we build, the places we make and the relationships we create are the foundations of our business and our future.
We have a different model to a traditional development business. We challenge accepted thinking to create a journey for our team that’s full of opportunity and purpose. It won’t be for everyone, but it will be for those who believe:
• property is their world, but aspire to a different level; • homes are built on real customer understanding;
• in making places where people feel they belong; and • in creating relationships beyond a sale or transaction.
Job Description
The longer-term career opportunity is (and should be) the reason to want to join our team. We are looking to attract and retain people who want to be part of, and belong to, something different. A place where you can pursue your ambitions, perform your best work and learn the most. We firmly believe our people are the fuel for growth - they are the innovators and doers; the passion and energy.
