Track Floodlight Retro t Brings Energy Savings
The old track oodlight systems for the racecourses were in service for over two decades, and the technology was no longer up to date. Property engaged external experts to investigate all possible solutions for converting the existing lighting systems into more sustainable options. Based on the investigation results and considering modern technology in oodlight control systems, we have embarked on a large-scale oodlight replacement scheme that has integrated sustainability considerations. Our goal is to obtain greater energy e ciency and long-term carbon reduction together with enhancement in the stability and quality of our lighting systems. Ultimately, limiting glare from oodlights is fundamental to the safety of jockeys, and the reduction of light spill to neighbouring residential areas.
