Each 9-tab divider set services 9 residents and is constructed of 20 gauge, White polyethylene. Print resident room number directly on divider tab. Each divider page is pre-cut to hold 5 Stat-Flag Alerts to alert staff of chart status (Stat-Flags sold separately). Available in side and top open styles. Each divider tab is affixed with a permanent, clear, Tiny Tab Pocket to hold a blank white I.D. Insert Card. Use our Label Pen to print resident name or room number on card.
