1. Specify your BINDER STYLE - SIDE-OPENING 3 or TOP-OPENING.
2. Do you want SIDE TABS or BOTTOM TABS?
3. Specify the NUMBER OF TABS in the set (the "cut")
4. Specify the COLOR of each divider - see colors at right.
5. Choose from 24 POLY DIVIDER COLORS.

A great fill-in solution! Add a new index category, or replace a damaged or lost divider in an existing set.
1. Specify your BINDER STYLE - SIDE-OPENING or TOP-OPENING.
2. Do you want SIDE TABS or BOTTOM TABS?
3. Tell us how many dividers are in your existing set (if you are trying to match tab sizes).
4. Specify the POSITION OF TAB in the set - Where does tab fall within the set?
5. Specify the COLOR of the divider - See colors at right.
6. Determine the TAB TITLE (if any). List your titles on a photocopy of the Custom Imprint Divider Form on page 20.
