FORMS SAVERTM BY THE ROLL
Forms-SaverTM strips eliminate records from tearing out of chart binders. Once applied, Forms-SaverTM will not tear through rings. Clear, pressure- sensitive Mylar strips adhere easily and are pre-punched with 7 holes to fit 3 and 5-ring forms and binders. Available in boxes of 100 strips per roll, 12 boxes per case (1,200 strips per case).
