CHART ALERTS - COMMUNICATE CHART NEEDS ATTENTION
SLIDE-ALERTTM SIGNAL DEVICE
Slide-AlertTM communicates that chart needs attention! Slide-AlertTM clips snugly over chart spine or adheres firmly to ED Clipboards and ED Clipboard RackTM. Slide-AlertsTM are constructed of durable, high-impact plastic with a spring-steel clip. Four separate windows each open to reveal one bright color to quickly signal chart status to staff. Simply close window to signal completion of orders. Window colors are Red, Yellow, Blue and Green.
