A dedicated parking garage will have ample space for students, faculty, and visitors. The exterior walls, featuring lush, vertical foliage, will blend seamlessly into the neighborhood landscape.

A new regulation gymnasium space will better accommodate physical education and our many athletic teams.
Renovated and New Learning
Spaces
Modern, optimal classroom design
will allow teachers to personalize learning for their students and orient their classrooms in ways that are most effective. More than 12,000 square feet of additional classrooms will provide space for new programming and allow Gulliver the ability to bring all upper school students to one campus full-time.
04 Dining Hall
The new 17,000 square foot facility will feature upgraded kitchen and dining areas, as well as additional space for gathering and collaborating.
Common Spaces for Collaboration
Common spaces, including expanded outdoor courtyards and open indoor areas incorporated into the central dining facility, will allow for more collaborative and active learning.

Performing Arts
The new 1,200 seat performing arts center
will be approximately 30,000 square feet of dedicated space that will provide a destination where students, faculty, parents, alumni and friends of Gulliver can share their passion for the arts.

Executive Office
New offices will allow the administration and support personnel currently located at the Executive Office to be on campus. This will result in significant savings and enhance the connectedness of the administration to the daily life of the school, promoting a stronger sense of community.
