 Academic Achievement
PROGRAM
The transition to Gulliver involves a highly personalized placement process, carefully designed to find your child’s optimal environment, monitor progress and achieve academic goals.
The Montgomery Drive (grades 5-8) and Miller Drive (grades 9-12) campuses are home to our Academic Achievement Program (AAP), which effectively teaches students who are on or above grade level. The hallmark of the program is the focus placed on organization, time management, and study strategies. These skills are fully integrated across subject areas in every class. Students enjoy small class sizes taught by skilled teachers, who encourage and inspire students to love learning and achieve their personal best. By emphasizing study skills and organizational strategies using both traditional methods and 21st century technology, students are equipped with the tools to become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and learn effective collaboration and communication.
Students complete core coursework at Montgomery Drive or Miller Drive each morning, then take part in lunch, electives, extracurricular activities and sports at the Academy – Marian C. Krutulis Campus or Preparatory Campus in the afternoon.
