CONSTRUCTION
FRAME FABRICATION The frame tubing is bent and cut to match the exact specifications sent by the boat manufacturer.
FRAME WELDING The frames are precision MIG welded for a solid, bolt-free, stable platform.
WELD SMOOTHING The welds are buffed to a smooth finish to ensure a clean and even paint application.
AXLES & SUSPENSION Top-quality axles and suspension systems are added to the frame using high-tension, corrosion- resistant hardware.
QUALITY CHECK Every trailer goes through a rigorous quality- assurance check to guarantee that each component adheres to our discerning standards.
DETAILED FINISHES Diamond plating is measured and cut by hand for a perfect fit and finish.

PAINT PREP Trailers are pressure washed with phosphoric acid instead of sandblasted to keep the work environment uncontaminated.
PAINT OR TUFF COAT Whether painted or TUFF Coated (textured polyurea finish), we use the highest-quality materials to create a beautiful, durable, long-lasting finish.
FINAL ASSEMBLY All the remaining parts are put in place with care and accuracy.
