A comprehensive study was performed by two CRISOD skilled security patrolmen to find the e-patrol report
completion issue
as most of the reports shows incomplete routes even if the patrolman performed his route as stipulated in procedures The study outcomes as follows:
Findings:
- - Lack of e-patrol time management
- Patrol zones are not matching the required routes in the e-patrol map
- - Lack of knowledge in in using E-patrol device
- - Noncompliance of e-patrol data report
