OLD GREENWOOD, TAHOE
In 2004, East West Partners was looking for ways to enhance the amenities of a new large-scale resort and rehab the core of the Northstar ski area near Lake Tahoe. A nearby 600-acre parcel presented the opportunity to build not only a golf course, but also
the community called Old Greenwood. Today it is home to a
Jack Nicklaus course, a swim and tennis facility, a clubhouse, and approximately 200 whole and fractionally-owned residences.
East West Hospitality was an integral part of the planning for this new community’s fractional ownership program and the establishment of the Tahoe Mountain Club to serve not only Old Greenwood but also East West Partners developments within The Village at Northstar. East West’s senior managers developed the club program and oversaw its start up and initial operation. Today, we continue to run the Old Greenwood Master Association, the fractional residence program, and provide day-to-day services to residents.
