Mark has recently joined the Operations & Technology team in AB Sugar, having become part of the ABF family when he moved to Jordans Dorset Ryvita in 2016. Prior to this, he spent over 20 years
with Cadbury/Kraft/Mondelez - working in a variety of roles across engineering, manufacturing and programme/project management.

During his career, Mark has worked internationally in both Ireland & Poland and collaborates regularly with colleagues from around the world. He enjoys travelling, meeting new people & learning about different cultures & ways of working.
Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London.

He is married to Roz and they have three children: Lizzie (20), Nick (18) & Alex (15).
In his ‘spare’ time, Mark works as a District Commissioner for Scouting UK, supporting over 1100 young people & 500 adult volunteers across 16 local groups to develop skills for life.
Beyond this, when the chance arises, he likes to spend time with his family as they pursue their joint passions of history, nature & literature.
