Scott is the Head of Sales for British Sugar and looks after the team that sells into the UK, EU and export to the ROW and joined the company in January 2018. He has a deep knowledge and experience of the sugar market after spending all but 2 out of the last 20 years working for two large sugar traders and resellers in the UK. In between this he worked as Head of Sales at AB Mauri based in Hull.
