Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology, an MBA, is a registered Industrial Psychologist and is a member of a number of professional affiliations such as the HPCSA, APSO, and SIOPSA. As a keynote speaker, she has addressed issues such as “strike contingencies” and “optimization in the beverage industry” at global conferences, and has been recognized as one of South Africa’s most influential woman in business and government.

Kim is an avid animal lover, “mom” to her two golden retrievers, Dusi and Xina. She has previously owned 7 Golden Retrievers – all at once! Kim is engaged to Steven, who has a son, Jevon, who they both adore. Kim is an avid golfer with a 12 handicap; have played on some awesome golf courses all over the world. Had many injuries on her MTB and loves her camera but a novice at its best.
