Engaging to comments
It’s important to react/ engage/answer where need to users’ comments. Why?
• It makes that person feel important
• It shows the rest of your fans that you take their comments seriously
• You can often get the person to comment again -boosts the post’s reach
• Establish your business as a knowledge leader/expert
• LEADS! Messages/comments can be service inquiries or candidates
• Positive employer branding
Reacting to negative comments is especially important, as these are viewed by other users. You can use standardised answers to take on feedback to develop further.Please keep in mind that you can always hide or delete or report a comment if it’s inappropri- ate. You can also block a user from commenting on your page in the future. Always try to take the conversation offline - out from your Facebook page.
